White Tea

Category : Tea with slight oxidation, with white hairy leaves for best grade.

 

Types : Silver Needle with White Hair, White Peony, Shou Mei.

 

Quantity : Use teapots of 200cc to 500cc and then fill 1/4 of it with tea leaves.

 

Brewing : Use 100℃ water to clean and heat the leaves first. Discard this water and use 90℃ water for susequent brews. The steeping time increases with the brews.
